For £4,500 p/m £3,000 p/m we will:
- Create social media themes/focuses: to guide a month’s/couple of month’s content based on wider brand activity, seasonality or product focuses - all guided by you
- 10 Facebook & Instagram posts p/m (the same posts, tweaked to suit the platform)
- Max of 7 pieces of In-house content including photography/videography and graphics (using Canva)
- Other monthly content can be made up of:
- Re-sharing UGC
- Supplied assets - recipes, product photography, lifestyle shots
- Community management: 30 mins per day, prioritising new/existing relationships and actively starting conversations. This also includes a minimum of 5 stories p/w.
- Ongoing trend research to support relevant and reactive posting
- Gifted collaborations: working with 1x brand or micro influencer per month on a gifted basis as part of a competition or collaborative recipe/post. We’ll build these relationships and collaborate on social media to increase reach.
- Scheduling content across both platforms
- Monthly reporting
- Yearly KPIs: we’ll set KPIs for the year ahead so we can track performance and align with the goals we’ve set
- On top of this, you’ll be working with a social media team and an account manager, have bi-weekly calls so we can all check in and get down to social media-ery business!
Notes on the above retainer:
- The retainer includes 1 round of amends to the monthly content plan (including copy amends and 1 reshoot/re-film). An additional reshoot cost of £90 per hour will be charged if more amends are required.
- As part of the retainer, we’ll also include 2x off-site shoots per year to get content for social media (for events, to fit with a theme e.g. outdoors for summer).
- An additional budget will be required each month for the purchase of products, ingredients and props to support in house content creation. This budget will also be used for postage expenses. Because Levi supplies products for in house content creation, we’d recommend £40 p/m for additional props and food items for recipes.
For additional costs outside of retainer, we can:
- Create platform-specific content (different content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (if required))
- Create social media campaigns to promote a launch, tie in with bigger events or in-store/additional activity - with their own objectives, that’s different to the theme already agreed.
- Additional off-site photoshoots to support events, launches, and more lifestyle content for seasonality/specific product focus
- Look into more specific insights (not provided by Meta) such as audience profiling and competitor benchmarking
